Biden at the beach for 5+ workdays in September?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if US President Joe Biden spends 5 or more workdays in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, between September 1 and September 30, 2024. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Note that only Rehoboth Beach will count for this market, and only Monday - Friday counts. If any portion of a day is spent in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, according to this market's resolution source, this market will count it as a day spent "at the beach." The resolution source for this market will be rollcall.com (specifically https://rollcall.com/factbase/biden/topic/calendar/). If this source is not available at this market's resolution time, another source may be chosen.
