Bank of England rate cut in September meeting?

The summary for the Bank of England's Monetary Policy Committee meeting for September is scheduled to be released on the 19th. This market will resolve to “Yes” if the Bank of England's Bank Rate is decreased following the first Monetary Policy Committee meeting in September, 2024. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No.” This market may not resolve to "No" until September 30, 2024, 11:59 PM ET has passed, or otherwise the first Monetary Policy Committee meeting in September has occurred and no rate cut is issued. The primary resolution source for this market will be the official website of the Bank of England (https://www.bankofengland.co.uk/monetary-policy/upcoming-mpc-dates), however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
