Another L1 fundraise announced before May 19?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if a new L1 fundraise is publicly announced between May 9 and May 18, 2025 ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The resolution source for this market will be the Fundraising tracking list of RootData available at https://www.rootdata.com/Fundraising with the "Tag" filter set to "Layer 1". Announcement dates will be determined by the dates displayed on RootData in the column "Date". A qualifying announcement must be published within this market's timeframe, and dated within this market's timeframe. If an announcement is published to the resolution source after May 18, but dated within the timeframe, it will not count. If the resolution source becomes permanently unavailable within this market's timeframe and before resolution criteria are met, this market will resolve 50-50.
