A$AP Rocky sentenced to prison?

A$AP Rocky's trial for allegedly shooting a former friend has begun. The 36-year-old rapper is charged with two felony counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm (see: https://www.usatoday.com/story/entertainment/celebrities/2025/01/19/asap-rocky-trial-felony-assault-what-to-know/77805179007/) This market will resolve to "Yes" if Rakim Mayers (A$AP Rocky) is sentenced to any time in jail/prison for convictions in the case "People of the State of California v. Rakim Mayers". Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". If no sentence is rendered by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET, or if sentencing is definitively cancelled or postponed beyond that date, this market will resolve to "No". If A$AP Rocky's ongoing trial ends (e.g. mistrial) without a prison sentence, this market will immediately resolve to "No". This market's resolution will be based on the initial sentencing rendered in this case, regardless of any subsequent appeals or changes to the sentence.
