90 day tariff pause rumor confirmed market manipulation?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if definitive evidence is made public by April 30, 2025, 11:59 PM ET, confirming that the rumor of a 90-day tariff pause for all countries except China, which circulated on April 7, 2025, was intentionally spread to influence financial markets. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution sources will be official statements from the U.S. government and relevant law enforcement authorities; however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
